Welcome to ulti33. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "You") and ulti33 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the ulti33 website, mobile applications, gaming services, and related offerings. By creating an account, accessing our platform, or using any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

2.2 Account Creation

When registering an account with ulti33, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number.
• Maintain only one (1) Account per person. Multiple accounts, duplicate accounts, or accounts registered under false names are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate closure and forfeiture of funds.
• Keep your login credentials (username and password) confidential and secure. You are fully responsible for all activities conducted through your Account.
• Complete the Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process by submitting valid government-issued identification (KTP for Indonesian residents) within 72 hours of first deposit or upon request by ulti33.

2.3 Prohibited Persons

The following persons are prohibited from using ulti33 services:

• Individuals under the age of 21.
• Employees of ulti33, our game providers, payment processors, affiliate partners, or their immediate family members.
• Individuals residing in jurisdictions where online gaming is explicitly illegal.
• Persons previously excluded or banned from ulti33 for any reason.
• Individuals acting on behalf of third parties or using the Account for commercial purposes without written authorization.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit Methods

All deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Minimum deposit amounts are clearly displayed at the time of transaction. Deposits are typically credited to your Account within 5 minutes during banking hours (Monday to Friday, 08:00-16:00 WIB). Outside banking hours, deposits may take up to 24 hours.

3.2 Withdrawal Process

You may request withdrawals of your available Balance subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must be fully verified (KYC completed) before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name matching your verified identity.
• Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Maximum withdrawal limits vary by account tier and payment method.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours on business days. Actual receipt of funds depends on your bank or payment provider and may take 1-3 business days.
• ulti33 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing large withdrawals or unusual transaction patterns.

3.3 Fees and Charges

ulti33 does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or payment provider may impose their own transaction fees. You are responsible for any such fees charged by third-party financial institutions.

3.4 Anti-Money Laundering (AML)

ulti33 is committed to preventing money laundering and terrorist financing. We reserve the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any Account displaying suspicious activity, including but not limited to: large or rapid deposits followed by immediate withdrawal requests with minimal wagering, use of multiple payment methods from different names, or transaction patterns inconsistent with normal gaming behavior. Accounts under AML investigation may be temporarily suspended pending completion of the review.

4. Gaming and Wagering

4.1 Game Integrity

4.4 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain unfair advantage.
• Bonus Abuse: Creating multiple accounts or employing strategies solely to exploit promotional offers.
• Arbitrage Betting: Exploiting odds discrepancies between platforms.
• Use of Bots or Automated Systems: Employing software, scripts, or automated tools to place bets or play Games.
• Fraudulent Activity: Using stolen payment methods, falsified documents, or engaging in any form of fraud or deception.
• Syndicate Play: Operating as part of an organized betting syndicate without prior written approval from ulti33.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Bonus Terms

ulti33 offers various Bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and loyalty rewards. All Bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions including:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (typically 20x to 40x) before they can be withdrawn. Wagering contributions vary by game type.
• Eligible Games: Not all Games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live casino may contribute less or be excluded entirely.

ulti33 reserves the right to void Bonuses, cancel associated winnings, and close Accounts engaged in bonus abuse including but not limited to: using multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion, irregular betting patterns designed to minimize risk and meet wagering requirements artificially, or any strategy that takes unfair advantage of the bonus structure.

6. Responsible Gaming

6.2 Self-Limitation Tools

You may set the following limits on your Account at any time:

• Cool-Off Period: Temporary suspension of Account access for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.

7. Limitation of Liability

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate Services temporarily for maintenance, upgrades, or due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control including internet service failures, hardware failures, or third-party service disruptions.

7.2 Maximum Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ulti33's total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to your use of our Services, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount you have deposited into your Account in the 90 days preceding the claim, or Rp 10,000,000, whichever is lower.

7.3 Disclaimer of Warranties

Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. ulti33 does not warrant that Games will meet your expectations, that results will be accurate or reliable, or that defects will be corrected.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on ulti33, including but not limited to software, graphics, logos, text, images, audio clips, video clips, data compilations, and the overall design of the Platform, is owned by ulti33 or our licensors and is protected by Indonesian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, republish, or exploit any content from ulti33 without our prior written permission.

9. Dispute Resolution

9.1 Internal Complaints Process

10. Account Closure and Termination

10.1 Voluntary Closure

You may close your Account at any time by contacting Customer Support. Upon closure, you may withdraw any remaining Balance after settling all outstanding bets and meeting any applicable wagering requirements. Closed Accounts cannot be reopened except in cases of temporary cool-off periods.

10.2 Termination by ulti33

ulti33 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account and refuse any future use of the Platform if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms.
• You provide false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• We suspect fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity on your Account.
• You fail to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• We are required to do so by law or regulatory authority.

In cases of Account closure for Terms violations, ulti33 may forfeit any Balance, pending winnings, and Bonuses in your Account.

By accepting these Terms, you also consent to the practices described in our Privacy Policy. 13. General Provisions
